Shipping and pick up
  • What shipping options do you offer?

We use standard Australia post delivery for all of our national orders. Express post, international shipping and other methods will hopefully be added in the near future.

  • I am purchasing more than one item. Do you combine shipping costs?
YES. If the items purchased fit comfortably inside our standard shipping bags, then we will be happy to combine the shipping for your convenience. However, if the items purchased do not fit comfortably then we will be required to send in more than one bag. The cost of standard shipping is a flat rate of $10 with no additional cost incurring on you for any additional bags used in the shipping. used. If there is a special on, then the shipping cost may be completely removed.
  • I live outside of NSW and I am worried the shipping cost will be too high. How would I know what the shipping cost would be?

The shipping charges stipulated are based on Australia wide delivery. No additional charges will be incurred if you live outside of NSW. We use Australia post to ship our items nationally.

  • I live outside of Australia. Do you provide shipping internationally?

Currently, we only offer shipping within Australia. International shipping will hopefully be available soon.

  •  I live in Sydney and would like to know do you allow pick up from your warehouse?

We are always striving to provide good customer service and working with you to ensure your satisfaction. Pick up may be an option if arranged before hand. Because our warehouse staff are busy packing and shipping orders, it is vital to make contact with us so we can arrange a suitable time for both yourself and our staff. 

Simply, send us an email with your intention of picking up an item and we will advise you how to go about purchasing and picking up the item. Please be advises that there may be a slight delay from the time of purchase to when the money has been cleared which may impact on pick up times.

  • May I pay and pick up the item from your warehouse?

Please be advised that the option to purchase any item is currently only available online. We do not accommodate any purchasing facilities at our warehouse and as such, no payment options are available there. For pick up options, please see the previous FAQ.

 

Orders and payments

  • I made a mistake with my order. Can I change it?

Once you complete the final checkout stage and the money has cleared (may take a couple of days), our team work promptly to pack and ship your order. So long as the item has not been shipped, then you can adjust the order. However, this must be done ASAP after the order as we cannot guarantee the order can be modified once the item has been sent. Contact us via email as soon as you identify the mistake so we can work with you to amend the order. 

To avoid disappointment and any unforeseeable circumstances, please double check your order is correct before payment.

  • What payment options do you accept?

Currently, we accept a range of payment options which can be seen at the checkout. Additional payment options and gift cards are being processed and would be made available in the near future.

 

Products and retailers

  • A particular size and style I am after is 'SOLD OUT'. When will you be re-stocking the item?

If a particular size or style you are after is not currently available, it would be labelled as 'SOLD OUT' written next to the images on the product description. Underneath this is the icon 'EMAIL ME WHEN AVAILABLE'. By selecting this icon and providing your details, you would be informed swiftly when the item has been re-stocked. Despite working hard to ensure all information is correct on our website and social media pages, at times, stock may not be accurately depicted on them. You may also send us an email relating to your enquiries and we would be happy to double check our inventory in order ensure if your wanted item may still be available in our warehouse.

Please also note that many styles and products may be a one-time exclusive, and as such, this item would be removed from the website and not longer be available for purchase.

  • I prefer to try on the products rather than purchase online and run the risk of purchasing the wrong size. Do you stock your items in any retailers?

HYPERNATE is an online store. We try to be as descriptive as possible by providing details in the product's description to better assist you in your decision. We are currently in communications with a number of local retailers to have our items stocked on their shelves.

Currently no items have been stocked with any retailers, however, to keep up-to-date on this, simply like our social media pages for updates on this. We will also post on our social media pages any possible pop-up stores that may be in your locality.

Please also be advised that any future retailers that stock our items, may have limited styles, colours and sizes compared to our warehouse.

  • I am interested in stocking some of your products. How do I go about this?

That's great to hear that you are interested in stocking our products on your shelves. Please send us an email with your company details and description of what you are after so we can collaborate together.

 

 Size and fit of products

  • I would like to purchase an item but unsure what size I am. Is there someone I can contact in regards to the size and fit of your products?

In each product description, we endeavour to provide a detailed description of the fit and design of the style. Key words such as fitted, loose, tapered, natural, skinny and others, can be found referring directly to the size and fit for each style. In addition, you can find our size chart located next to each product description identifying the measurements used.

Each style has been tried and tested on a number of similar size individuals. This allows us to make slight adjustments and modifications to ensure the ultimate fit for most individuals no matter your body size and shape. 

If you are still unsure, feel free to contact us via email and we will be more than happy to provide you with more detail related to any style of choice. Make sure you provide enough detail in the email so we can be as specific and informative as possible. 

 

 Refunds and exchange

  • I decided I no longer want the product. Do you offer refund or exchange?

YES. Please see our refund policy page for more details.

  • Due to a change of mind, I decided to return the item. Am I entitled to get a refund on the shipping?

Unfortunately, due to an incorrect choice or change of mind, we cannot refund the shipping cost for your product. However, under certain circumstances, the shipping cost will be refunded. Please refer to the refund policy for more details.
