Refund policy
HYPERNATE understands that purchasing items online could be difficult and does not always go to plan. Hence, we have a generous 60 days refund policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to not provide an refund or exchange if the item is non-saleable
To start a return, you can contact us at info.hypernate@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return email advising you how to return the item. Please be advised that the return shipping cost is not covered by us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
We hope that this never occurs, however, if you inspect your order upon reception and notice any faults with the item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it ASAP.
To further meet customer satisfaction, if an item delivered is faulty or damaged, we will also refund any shipping cost that you incurred. We pride ourselves on customer service and working close with you to ensure your satisfaction is achieved.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items due to an incorrect choice, or on items outside of the 60 days provided. If the item delivered is faulty, then please see above.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, simply return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If you live in Sydney, there may be an option to exchange the item directly from our warehouse. Please email us if this is a better option for you so we can try to arrange a convenient time.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
