Refund Policy
HYPERNATE understands that purchasing items online could be difficult and does not always go to plan. Hence, we have a generous 60 days refund policy to help you make the desired decision to keep, or return your item.
Our refund policy lasts 30 days from delivery. When this time has passed, unfortunately you are no longer entitled to a refund or exchange.
So long as the item is still in brand NEW condition, you may choose to return the item for a refund or exchange . The item must include the original tags still in original condition when purchased.
To refund or exchange an item, simply send us an email with your intention to return the product, along with your original receipt to info.hypernate@gmail.com and you will receive a reply email advising of how to return the item.
Unfortunately, due to an incorrect choice or change of mind, we cannot refund the shipping cost on your product. However, under certain circumstances, the shipping cost will be refunded. If an item is delivered that is faulty or damaged and you would like a refund, HYPERNATE will refund the cost of the item along with any postage for the item. If you would prefer an exchange for a similar or different item, then you will not be charged shipping on that item.
